1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small data file that a website or an external service provider used by the website places on, or reads from, a visitor’s device. Cookies can support the functioning of the website, remember a visitor’s preferences, enable statistical analysis, and, where consent has been given, serve advertising and conversion tracking purposes.
2. Principles governing the use of cookies
- Cookies that are strictly necessary for the website to function may be used without specific consent, but users must be informed of their use.
- Cookies relating to statistical, marketing and third-party media content may only be activated following prior, voluntary, specific and informed consent.
- On the cookie page, the „Reject” option must be just as easy to access as the „Accept” option.
- Visitors can choose by category and may withdraw their consent at any time with the same ease as giving it.
- Before consent is given, unnecessary Google and other third-party services must not load tracking elements.

5. Google Analytics 4
The website intends to use Google Analytics 4 to measure visitor numbers and usage patterns. Statistical tracking can only begin once the visitor has given their consent. We use the tracking data to develop the website, improve its content and analyse its usability. It is recommended that the retention period for user and event data in Google Analytics be set to 14 months.
6. Google Ads conversion tracking
If consent is given, the website may use Google Ads conversion tracking to determine whether a visitor arriving from an advert has made a phone call, clicked on a contact button or carried out any other predefined action. Tracking for marketing purposes cannot be activated without your consent.
7. Google Maps and Google Reviews
Embedded modules for Google Maps and Google Reviews are classified as external services and may transmit data from the visitor’s device to Google. For this reason, the website only loads embedded content once the appropriate cookie consent has been given. Without consent, a placeholder image or a direct link may be displayed.
8. Management and withdrawal of consent
- On your first visit, you can accept all categories in the cookie panel, reject non-essential cookies, or customise your settings individually.
- You can change your settings at any time by clicking the „Cookie settings” link in the website footer.
- The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
- Cookies previously stored in your browser can be deleted individually.
9. Browser settings
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies. Blocking them completely may restrict the operation of certain convenience or external features on the website. Your browser settings do not replace the consent given via the website’s cookie panel, but they do provide additional control.
10. Data transfers and data processing in third countries
When using Google services, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States of America. Such data transfers may take place on the basis of the applicable legal safeguards applied by the service provider – for example, an adequacy decision, the EU–US data protection framework, or the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
11. Contact and amendments
Any questions regarding the use of cookies may be sent to pathodavid17@gmail.com. This policy may be amended if there are changes to the website’s technical solutions, the service providers used or the legal requirements. The current version is available on the website.
12. Legal framework
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), in particular the provisions relating to consent, information and accountability.
- The rules on cookies set out in Directive 2002/58/EC on privacy and electronic communications.
- The applicable provisions of Act CVIII of 2001 and Act CXII of 2011.
- The ruling of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the Planet49 case, which held that consent to the use of cookies given by means of pre-ticked boxes or by default is not valid.
