We first discuss the situation by phone. After that, you can send your GPS location, address, motorway kilometre marker or nearest exit, as well as photos of the vehicle if needed, by message.

Arrival time depends on the exact location, traffic and our current workload. In most of Komárom-Esztergom County we typically arrive within an hour, and in the Esztergom, Tata, Tatabánya and Komárom area usually within 30–40 minutes. We always confirm the expected arrival time during the phone call.
